I have three-year-old K2 V02's. 84mm upgraded to 90mm. The bearings are
getting a little noisy. The replacement options are confusing. The K2's came
with a greased ILQ-7 bearing. What would be a good bearing for replacement
and upgrade?
Thanks!

Noise isn't a problem unless the sound bothers you. Spin is what matters.
If wanting to switch bearings, try the BSB ABEC 9 or the Bones Swiss bearings. Both would be an improvement on the stock bearing in my opinion.
Thanks,
Stan

Have you cleaned your bearings in those 3 years? If not, they may just need to be cleaned & lubed again. Personaly, I preffer the ILQ-7 bearings over any ABEC rated bearings, but preffer Swiss over ILQ-7 bearings, & ILQ-9 over Swiss...
Depending on how much you are willing to spend I would recommend:
K2 ILQ-7 - $29.99 (exact replacement)
BSB Swiss Lite - $49.99
Bones Swiss - $64.99
Bones Super Swiss 6 - $79.99
Although not available at IW, my favorite general purpose bearings are TwinCam ILQ-9 Classics $39.95(20).
Personaly, I would recommend either the Super Swiss 6 or the TwinCam ILQ-9 Classic bearings.
