Wider skates

I am looking for opinion on which skates run the widest.

I wear a 11 - 11.5 EE shoe, I have tried on a size 12 K2 EXO 2.0, seemed to fit ok, maybe a little big length wise but the width seemed acceptable, tried on the EXO 6.0 and they were too tight.

Problem is I would like a higher end skate, I am a beginner in inline skating but played ice hockey for 16 years and am looking to skate for exercise.

I had heard that the Salomon skates ran wider and was looking for some input.

Yep try Salomon - but please try them on in a shop first because fit is EVERYTHING - fit is really more important than the quality of the skate in some ways.

Roz is steering you right. Salomon traditionally fits a tad wider than K2 models. I would try moving up a 1/2 size and going with a Salomon skate and see if that helps.
