Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I bought some Deemax 2's last year, and after about the third skate I crashed on them. One of the "power straps" pulled out of the metal ring.

I was wondering if there was anywhere I could send them to get them fixed, since the strap itself was physically damaged in the process and will have to be replaced. I can't seem to find any information on how to send them to Salomon though. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. You can take them to any Salomon dealer to warranty them for you. The place you got them would be a good start.

They warranty their product up to a year and that would definitely fall under that umbrella.
