I intend to buy some inline skates in the next few weeks. I am thinking about buying the Nike Shoenen or Nike Air Sko, but have never seen them in person and have a few questions.
What are the differences between the two?
Do the breaks come off without having to buy a new shorter axle (K2 has this problem)? Or can I get one when I buy the skate?
What is the inside boot like? I was trying on some K2's last weekend and found that the curvey inside of the K2 Soul 7 hurt my feet, but the K2 Fatty was comfortable for me. Which are the Nike's like?
Is it crazy to buy them without trying them on? I would like to find an independant review of either skate but have had no luck googling.
Has Nike stopped making skates (I didn't know they started)? Where is the '05 model?

I had a pair of K2 fattys for many years and was happy with them, but I guess I'm looking more for a pair of recreational skates than aggressive now (although I'd like a pair that I could do a little of both with, I just want to skate on all 8 wheels).
I live in Colorado and have found that there are no shops left with a decent selection of Skates in this state.
