I find 4x105 the best, but I've never tried anything else to be honest.

Yay... I just love it when spam fills up a thread....

For the record, I skate:
4x110
4x105
4x100

4x110 I skate mainly in races & long distance training planned for more than 20 miles or more than 1 1/2 hours of skating (probably 2/3 of my skating)
4x100 I skate mostly in training planned for under 20 miles
4x105 I just started skating to see how it feels, though in reality... most of my 110's are worn down to about 105mm lol
