Twister 06 - Worn out stripe.

I bought a pair of Rollerblade Twister 06 from IW couple of mths back and the plastic teeth on the right buckle strips "peeled" off.

Now I can't completely fasten the skates to my foot.

Is the above mentioned part the correct replacement and is there any warranty??? It's merely about 1/2 a yr old.

No reply from email. Please advise urgently.

I'm checking now. It is a warranty item.

If wanting to go that route, we would get an RA# and you may have to send the skates in. There is a chance they would just send a buckle, but it would be their call.

I'm checking on buckles and adding some more to our site for RB as we speak. Should know by tomorrow.

really appreciate that Stan.

I'm an overseas customers, from Singapore. Sending in the skates is really not practical in view of shipping cost. It's even more cheaper to get the buckle and straps.

I wouldn't mind get the buckle or even just the straps (only the straps is spoilt and it's a common problem for twister 06 as many of the local had complain about the quality of 06 version) and i change it myself.

I believed it's Rollerblade TRS Buckle Sets (not Junior).

So are my skates covered under warranty?

I would opt for faster shipping and I have US address for shipping - California 90221.

Please advise.

As listed on my previous post (SEE SUBJECT), TRS Buckle set is what is needed. They are covered under warranty, but as you said, would hardly be worth getting all the way back to RB for them to fix when you can just get a buckle. Up to you however.
