Questions about sizes and the power straps on Fusion X5/3.

Hi,
I am deciding between Fusion X5, X3, and Twister 243. There are a few question I have. My feet are size 9. I went to Sport Authority store today to try out Rollerblade inline skates, both sizes 9 and 10 fits my feet, 10 feels a tiny bit loose, and Fusion X5 only has only size 9.5 left, and it says you will have it In Stock on April 09. Does that mean you still have Fusion X5 in size 9.5? (By the way, I thought skates only come in whole sizes, because I did see any .5 sizes in Sport Authority). Should I order Fusion X5 and try it?
I have seen your videos and I know about the differences between 243 and fusion x5, the only concern I have is about Fusion X5's Velcro Power Strap, does it work well?
Also, I found a coupon online for your website, I placed the order and entered the code, it said "Coupon Accepted-Price Confirmed in Email", but the cost doesn't change, I didn't see the 10% off, I would have bought it right away if I saw that 10% off... Please tell me whether I would be able to get a coupon or not, especially for Twister 243, I love it and would buy that if I could get a coupon!

The Fusion X5 is due in our warehouse today in size 9.5. They are going pretty quick and you should reserve one now if wanting them. It's not looking like we'll be able to get more after this shipment.

Some models only come in full sizes, but most come in 1/2 sizes as well.

The coupon discount, as you mention, is shown on your confirmation. Not in your cart. It would apply to any of those models you mention.

Powerstrap. The X5 strap works very well. The skates are a quick and maneuverable skate with a great control.
