Hi folks,
I have never really informed myself about materials/tech/construction ... I always skated with the wheels/bearings that were on my skates. They are extremely worn out by now and I need to get new ones.
I think I got fair skills for a freetime skater by now and I'd like to get some fast bearings. I've heard that hybrid ceramics would be good. The cheapest I've found were these:

They are no-name it seems ... ? But would they still be better than regular (metal) bearings ?
I'd be very thankful, if someone of you experienced guys would give me a minute of your time to leave a quick comment... thanks so much! :D

Ceramic bearings experience less friction and thus can get more speed. I would stay away from an EBAY no brand bearing.

Check out the above. The new super reds ceramic are a less expensive alternative to get ceramic bearings. Respected brand of Bones, and ceramic as you are wanting. Come in both 8 and 16 packs.

hm... I don't understand why you say "less expensive" ? I mean, if you say "an alternative to get better quality" I would understand. But if you are talking about the price only, the bearings in the link I posted cost $43.95 whereas those you posted cost $139.00, right ?

Don't confuse Less Expensive vs Cheap.
Cheap may refer to low quality. I can't speak to a no brand name ceramic bearing on ebay. You can make your own judgment there.
Ceramic bearings will be more expensive than bearings using non-ceramic balls. If you find ceramic bearings cheaper than those using non-ceramic balls, I would think they be suspect at best.
I say less expensive, as typically ceramic bearings are even more than that. Super Reds Ceramics are new on the market from Bones. They also have the below which have been out for a while. You now can see why a set at $48 may not be the best of bearing.
