If we take correct food that will be good way for great life, If we take more food then that will be the first point to get disease. An Indian proverb saying "Too much of anything is good for nothing". Take enough and correct food to have healthy life.

A balanced breakfast meal should supply you with protein, healthy carbohydrates, fiber and good nutrition. Here I can suggest you to follow this simple diet; One-ounce of grains, one cup of fruit or vegetables, one cup of milk and one-ounce of protein.

OK - Sports Nutrition... What kind of supplements do you use? For which sport you would use what? What do you eat to keep yourself fit? Is there something in particular you would recommend to eat or not to eat? Why?
Carbohydrate loading - any comments, experiences?
Caffeine - your experiences...? You recommend or not, and why?
Some special menus you use before and after the competition?
Recommended calories intake, and all related subjects...
And of course - recipes for healthy meals with a balanced nutritional values....

I have read this whole stuff and the thing is that I want to say you that eating healthy budget should not be difficult. In reality, when you develop the habit of shopping and cooking fresh food creativity, you could do better, cheaper food that tastes great and trim waistline and the budget of food.

As we are doing sports in view of point we shouldn't consider of having a balanced food and etc. Regular practices and food makes us fit, but foods like banana, eggs keeps us fit and improves our stamina.

You could also take a some carbs/pro as a shake "during" the game instead of before, and then after.

I find the less you spend on food, the more healthy it is because microwave meals costs loads more than the sum of their parts.

Sports nutrition has become a major problem with all the high school and college students, in practice, has died, his courage in the form of dehydration. We need to do a better job and training for coaches and athletes to showcase their tools to help students. We want to teach students and parents how important it is to eat well, drink a lot of water, when they are playing.

If you are sports man than you should maintain your body weight. You should eat and drink nutritious food. Fruits juices and vegetables soup. Water is also good for energy. They are good for health. Protein and vitamins are really beneficial for people.
