Lateral Frame Adjustment

I recently purchased a pair of Salomon Pilot V10 2 skates from Inline Warehouse and I just love them. Can you give me a quick tutorial on lateral frame adjustments? I bought another pair of Salomons a few years back and the local skate shop I purchased them from did the adjustments. The owner's manual that came with the Pilots doesn't give much of an explanation as to the hows and whys of frame adjustment.

It helps to adjust your skates if your feet pronate (roll over to one side of your skate). Or simply to adjust to your desired angle for pushing off on your skates. You can flirt with changing the front or back or both and check it out and you'll soon see what I mean. If you're feeling your grabbing too much or too little when pushing off, moving the frame will make a difference.
