The 90mm wheel is easy- just switch skates when rotating. The 100mm wheels are not so easy since there are two outside positions and one inside position on each skate. What's recommended for this set up?

#1 to #3. #3 or #4 to position #1.
I normally let the wear on my wheels dictate where I place them and how. Whether it be flipping 180 degrees or moving to another skate, etc..
Thanks for the post

Thanks for reply. Makes sense. Between #3 and #4, the one with the least wear goes to #1 and the other goes to #4.

Exactly. That front wheel will take most of the punishment. Especially on one skate as most like myself are more comfortable turning one direction. That results in the front wheel on one skate getting worn down quicker than the others.
