thanks.Each wheel has two sets of bearings with a spacer in between them, no matter if Ü have quads, inlines or skateboards, they all have the basic type of setup. ;)

There are two bearings for each wheel with a bearing spacer residing in the middle as mentioned by gem.

Spacer in the middle is either a floating spacer or a long sleeved spacer that actually will go through the middle of the bearing. Difference allows for different sized axles.
