Hi..I am new to the site and am looking for some reviews on the K2 Radical 90 Skate for women. I have never purchased a K2 skate before and I am in need of a low cuffed boot, which most skates do not have. I have compartment syndromes and they are acting up terribly with all of my old skates. Does anyone have any reviews of the K2 Radicals? I skate a good 20-25 miles 3x a week, and just looking for a skate which will give my calves freedom to expand without the pressure of the normal height of a boot. Are there any other boots out there that have a low cuff? Any and all responses will be appreciated!
Thx

The Rad 90's are excellent but they did add a little to the cuff from previous years. It isn't hard, but more padding was added a little higher up to give more support. It may or may not work for you.

The Bont Alpha however, may be something that would work well. It also is 90mm and sized in men's sizing, but they are considered Unisex. You would just need to translate to your size which is fairly easy by looking at your shoes to find EU sizing or CM. The sizing chart for Bont is below. Those are much lower in the cuff, great skates as well. We get directly from Bont, so if ordering it may take about 3 weeks for us to get them in however unless you happen to fall into a size 8 or 9.
