I need help locating new brakes!

I can't seem to locate either the whole break housing, or a replacement brake for my blades. They're about 5 years old...their Nike Zoom Air. Can you help me????? Please!!

We have the Nike pad you see online which goes pretty far back, but perhaps not 5 years. I assume you checked that one out?
