I don't see any place on your site to post any comments about your service. I do see a link to leave feedback about each skate.

I just wanted to thank you for an eventless and smooth transaction. Ordered my skates on tuesday 3/4/08 and on monday 3/10 recieved them here in florida . Fast responce to any questions I had. I'm very pleased with Inline Warehouse. And your pricing is second to none. I will recommend Inline Warehouse to everyone. As for the skates I rolled around on them a little and so far am very please with my choice of skate. Will post a review later for the skates (2007 Rollerblade Lighting II ).

Yes I agree with you on the skate reviews..

Stan @ IW.. I recall see on one of your responses to the other posts that users can submit skate reviews.. However, when I trawled through the site just now, I couldn't for the life of me find it..

In the search box, I even tried typing the word 'review', but it did not find anything.

It would be beneficial to add this section or making the skate reviews feedbacks more visible and accessible.

It's just to the left of the skate picture on the main page of each skate. It says "Read/Add feedback". Too bad this line kindof blends in into the background.

I've studied cognitive science which is an education about people's perception and the interaction with various user interfaces and useability. I would say that the IW site is above average as far as useability goes and this message board is an extremely good thing. But some vital things (as individual skate reviews) need to be highlighted more and some not so important things (like insole offer on a BIG banner) maybe should be made less dominant. Overall menu organisation is straight forward and easy to navigate by. However, proclamations like "free shipping" is not true for all of your customers, why I think this should be made clearer. Just wanted to give a quick user review but it's quite obvious that you've been thinking about things like these. I'm very happy and since "my skates" are now back in stock I'm going to order a pair. :D

Great stuff and all such comments/suggestions are welcomed.

We are currently in the process of re-designing our menu actually. It will be even easier to navigate and will make a lot of things better like the parts section which is pretty bad in my opinion. It will separate the different brands out very simply and allow people to look at just K2 parts or just Rollerblade parts, and even more specific to just RB axles, or K2 laces, etc...

The ordering page itself will also be simplified. I currently do not like how you have to scroll down to enter a qty for the size you want. We are making it so that the product description, picture and a drop down selection for size is all on the upper half of the page. The descriptions (as some are long) will stay the same length, but be in a place where you can scroll independently on just that if wanting to read about the skate/item.

I'll make sure I do something about the feedback/review button as well. I agree that it is difficult to find and therefore the reason we do not get a lot of comments. Such reviews/comments are valuable and I'll make sure that when we get those changes up, the ability to write/read such things are more visible.
