Hi,
I've managed to bust the hex head of one of my axles for my Salomon Pilot 9 Pro's. My local sports retailer don't know squat about the finer things in life so I still need a new axle. Current one is 8mm alloy, standard axle ( ie NOT the braking axle). I could'nt find anything exactly like it on your website. Got anything that will do the trick?

I regret to inform you that although we carried all Salomon parts (including axles) at one time, we simply cannot now.
It's not by choice, but Salomon simply does not distribute skates to the US Market any longer, and therefore no parts exist for us to purchase at Salomon USA.
So I'm afraid you'll either have to make one of the other axles work which is very likely that you can find one that works fine. I cannot test myself here however as we have no Pilot 9 Pro to base off of.
I know it looks like

but aren't threaded. So possibly

Thanks for the post and sorry I cannot be more help.
We did learn of a Rollerblade brake pad that works well for Salomon skates, but axles are fairly skate specific.

Thank you kindly for your reply. I'll make a call to the national distributor and see if they can help. If not I'll go talk to a friend with a lathe. :-)

Richard
