'08 Crossfire 6.0 Brake Removal?

For the life of me, I can't remove the pin more than half way out in either direction. Is there some nifty trick to this one that I am missing? :confused:

Not the easiest of things so don't beat yourself up. We use a small allen wrench that is smaller than the hole where the pin goes, and actually hit with a mallet to get the thing out.

It works. If you want to perhaps get insight from RB themselves, 800-232-7655. If you come upon anything more scientific than a mallet, feel free to share :)

thank you... It's funny because I actually used an allen wrench, but still can only get the pin out 1/2 way. There must be some rubbery bushing inside the frame as well.

I'm trying to get my hands on a leatherpunch that would fit the entire way through while hitting.

Horrible I know. I have another pin on my desk should you damage it. So go for it. :)
