Sorry for the n00b question, but how would one go about properly lacing up ice hockey skates?

I just got some wax laces and superfeet insoles today! :)

Try the hockey message board for hockey skate questions.

Lace hooks are great to help out. You might want to check those out. Everyone has a different preference on tightness and lacing, so you'll learn what you like best. I start low and leave loose up top myself so as to keep circulation. I like long laces that I can wrap around the ankle area once and then tie.

Again, everyone is a little different.

that's funny... i used to do that with my Ice skates as a kid.:D
