Dear IW

I'm considering upgrading my Rollerblades as, the last pair I bought were 14 years ago.
I've checked the listings on your site for the current offerings.

I was wondering if you could tell me what are the pros and cons of Carbon Skates vs. Non-Carbon?

Cheers

The carbon gives you strength and does so at a lighter weight, so it is pretty nice.

If skating longer distances or just for longer lengths of time, a lighter skate is nice.

There aren't any cons that I can think of other than they are more expensive.

Thanks for the post.

Dear IW Admin,

as a 'con', as I was thinking more in terms of the level of comfort.
Are carbon skates any less comfortable than non-carbon?

Cheers

In my opinion no. As fit is a preference however, it would be tough for me to say I'm sure you would feel the same way. But I like them just as much.

Thanks
