Hey,
so I've finally got a pair of nice skates and a pair of slightly beaten up skates. I'm going to designate one my snowlerblades (more of rain skates, but snowlerblades is more fun to say).

So, what makes a good pair of rain skates? I have softer wheels on it now (78A), but I could get harder ones. I've got two pairs of bearings - one is sealed (metal shield) vs one that has just thick rubber seals on the inside. Should I keep a flat profile on it? I use a rocker on my regular skates for a bit of slalom (i'm not that good yet), but maybe it's better to not on this one? Or should I try something like the front rocker?

I dunno :) What makes a good pair of rain skates?
Thanks!

Shielded bearings definitely, softer wheels I would say yes. Rocker or not I would think either way. Helmet would be my biggest tip. Skating in the rain or on wet surfaces is not fun or recommended in my opinion.

Thanks.

I'm not sure - I was slipping and sliding all over with my brother's indoor hockey skates, but the quality of the road and rain could've combined for that.
