Bearings

Looking to replace the bearings on my currents skates. I read in previous post that Bones are recommended way to go. I am fitness skater logging 10miles/day 4-5 days a week on smooth pavement but love speed. Currently have Abec 7 bearings.
What Bones do you recommend for me? Powell 608 Swiss Bones Bearings, Bones Super Swiss 6 608 Bearings or Powell 608 Swiss Bones Ceramic? Or something else?

I recommend the Swiss Bones or the Super Swiss 6. I'm not a fan of the ceramic although the spin like crazy. I would be too worried about my bearings because of the cost to enjoy skating. The Bones are great though.
