Am I ever going to get my order....

I placed my order on March 28 and it is now May 7..... It's been over a month for you guys to ship my order. I am at college and if it's not shipped soon then I will need to change the shipping address.... I am extremely frustrated because I need the parts to start skating again because there's no local store here.

Plus I have watched the shipping date be pushed back twice already.....

You're posting in the wrong place to get a question answered. This is the forum to talk with other skaters.

Luckily I saw your post regardless. For future, post in "Ask Inline Warehous", or email info@inlinewarehouse, or simply call 800-366-3070.

As you didn't list your order # or name, I have no way to research your order.

As for dates being pushed back, I can help with that once I know what we are speaking of. As you may know, we do not make the skates, but just re-sell them. Dates posted on our site are as follows:

X Days = The lead time from that mftr to our warehouse
5/31/07= Already on order and expected delivery at our place is this day


If you see a date change like the 5/31 above, that means the mftr is having some problems either in getting the product in at their place so they can ship to us, or other. Naturally all we can do is provided the expected arrival time. If they change it on us, we updated it instantly. Best we can do. We are subject to them getting us the merchandise. When it arrives here, it ships the same day to all the waiting customers.

So please direct your frustration to whichever vendor is holding up your skate. If you see date for your item, we've ordered it. We can't work our magic until the vendor comes through on getting it here. Until then, we provide the most accurate date possible as given to us by that mftr.

If there is more than that we can do, I would be very interested as naturally all we want to do is ship skates out and not wait for skates to come in.

we can't really determine that. 1 month, now thats odd. I would contact the sight you ordered from by phone.... come to think of it, its October now so u probably do have them. Interesting situation though
