first time order!

heelo there!

i just ordered online, gave all details (even the shipping options)
but I still did not get any confirmation back from you!
How can I know if my order had been taken into consideration?
Will I receive a confirmation mail or did i miss something!

thanks for your assistance since it is an "urgent" delivery!

We look at each and every order before sending a confirmation to confirm no one is shipping UPS/FedEx to a PO Box or their address is too long, or possible fraud...etc..

If ordering during the business day, you'll get it within 10-15 minutes. If after closing, you wouldn't receive it until we open up in the morning.

7:30am - 6pm Mon - Fri
9:30am - 4pm Sat & Sun

I'm sure you've gotten it by now, but I would be happy to look it up for you if you haven't. I would need more information than Christophe to do so.

A first and last name would help.

Thanks for the answer. I ordered at night, and I was wondering why I didn't get a message confirmation. I thought I had entered a mistake in my email address or something. It might be helpful if somewhere in the order process it says we will receive the confirmation email in the following morning if ordering after hours.

It does actually. Tells that you will be receiving an order confirmation within 24 hours I believe which covers all instances.
